How do I find out how much my print order will cost?

The answer to this question is in our very handy Quotes & Orders section. This utility is extremely helpful to our other customers. You must first be signed up as a SignCraft Digital customer to access this valuable tool. This simple and quick process is absolutely obligation free. How long does the average order take?
The average order is delivered to you within two business days of ordering. All files must be uploaded to SignCraft by 4:00 pm PST to be ready for printing and shipping the next business day. For example, an order submitted by 4:00 pm Monday would be printed and shipped by 4:00 Tuesday, arriving to you Wednesday morning. An order placed at 4:15 pm Monday would be printed and shipped by 4:00 Wednesday, arriving to you Thursday morning.

Is it possible to place an emergency order for faster delivery?

What types of media are available?

At SignCraft Digital we offer a wide range of material types for your printing needs. We have all of the products you will need to serve your existing customers and maybe a few more to attract new customers. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
After each successful order placement, you will automatically receive an email that itemizes the details of your order. It is important to read over this confirmation to make sure the details of the order are correct. If you see any necessary changes please contact us right away by email at orders@digital.signcraft.ca Toll Free at 1-877-317-1489 to make sure the order is corrected.

How do I proof my print before placing an order?
The best way to assure the closest colour match for your printing order is to publish your finished files to a PDF format. We make all the necessary modifications to industry and manufacturer ICC profiles to suit individual printing media. However, in commercial printing, 100% accuracy in colour matching can never be assured. Publishing to a PDF will allow you to preview your finished files for colour and content. Your preview of the PDF is the most effective way to preview the finished printed product, however monitor settings affect colour accuracy. If a colour match is absolutely critical we highly recommend ordering a test print to view the finished print colours prior to ordering the full print job. This will ensure the best and most cost effective result.

What is a PDF file format?

PDF is an industry standard file format from Adobe that stands for Portable Document Format. A PDF reader utility is available free of charge on the internet from Adobe.

Most sign producing software and graphic editing software can publish to PDF files.

What if my image is bigger than the maximum print/roll width?
Most of our media can print up to a full 50" (see product descriptions for exceptions) with a standard 1" overlap. If you require something other than the standard overlap please make note of this in the comments box at the time of ordering. A SignCraft representative will call you if any clarification is required. If you have an image that goes beyond 50" in height it will require tiling. This will be indicated at the point of quote/order. Depending on the size of additional image beyond 50", we recommend considering the possibility of vertical tiling for greatest economy. Each case may be different and our SignCraft representatives will be happy to explain your options.

Is it possible to laminate my print?

A high quality over-laminate is available on most products and is recommended for increased durability and abrasion resistance. Any products that are not suitable for lamination will be noted at the point of quoting/ordering.

Is it possible to Contour Cut my prints?

Contour cutting of images is available on most products. This extra service is a real time saver when it comes to multiple small image jobs such as decals. Setting up a contour cut is simple and will be explained by your SignCraft Digital representative. There is an additional cost for this service that is provided at the point of quoting/ordering.
