Signcraft Acquires Commercial Signs

Signcraft comes full circle by taking over father’s old workplace
KELOWNA, B.C. – Signcraft is excited to announce the procurement of one of the Okanagan’s oldest sign companies, Commercial Signs.
Signcraft owners Troy Scott and Steve Ross are excited to expand their business and support the former clientele of Commercial Signs.
“My father actually worked for Commercial Signs in the early days, so this acquisition is bringing history full circle,” Scott says.
Owner of Commercial Signs, Morgan Hewitt, knew it was time to pass on the business.
“I have suffered some health setbacks recently, and it was important that my clients get taken care of,” Morgan says. “I know without a doubt, Signcraft will be able to do that.”
The sale of the business closed on April 14 and includes client portfolios, intellectual property, technology, and website domains.
“Our main priority was seeing this happen quickly so Morgan can work on himself and just get better,” says Scott. “The stress of not having to deal with timelines should hopefully speed up his recovery.”
Signcraft looks forward to providing Commercial Sign clients with top-notch service in interior signage, vehicle graphics, brochures, newsletters, and booklets.
